What information do you need for a proposal?
Your school name, location, approximate student count, ages or grades, preferred dates, and any yearbook or delivery deadlines. Let us know about staff portraits, class photos, or other needs so we can confirm the right scope.
How do parents view and order photographs?
Parents use the GotPhoto ordering link and their assigned personal access code. Where a QR code is provided, it may open the corresponding gallery directly. Please keep access information secure.
Are staff, class, and yearbook photographs available?
Tell us what your school needs. We’ll discuss options, file specifications, permissions, and delivery requirements, then confirm what is included in your proposal.
How are absences and retakes handled?
We’ll agree on the process with your school before booking. Availability, eligibility, scheduling, and any additional costs are confirmed in the proposal.
