Tell us how many teams and athletes you expect, their age groups, and the dates available. We’ll confirm capacity and recommend a schedule before booking.
Can photos happen during practice times?
We’ll review your practice schedule and available locations to plan a practical photo-day flow. Exact time slots depend on roster sizes, setup, and the photographs included.
What about banners, graphics, and special products?
Share your wish list when you inquire. We’ll confirm available options, specifications, licensing, and any additional pricing in your proposal.
What should players wear and bring?
We’ll coordinate with your team contact on uniforms, footwear, and equipment. Your organization can share the confirmed instructions before picture day.
